Properties of Cream |
The
basis of almost all creams is fats, wax, vegetable oils and water.
Especially useful are fats and wax. The cream is a fatty basis to which
mixed with the various medical substances, as, for example, vegetable
oils, vitamins, hormones, cod – liver oil, water, and sometimes
various aromatic substances. Hence, the quality of the lotion isn't
defined by its aroma. Aromatic substances are in most cases added in
creams for suppression of a smell of a fatty basis. |
